They’re delicious and easy to make, the batter is freezable, and we actually prefer them to normal pancakes.
By the way, if you’d like a normal pancake recipe try out these cinnamon pancakes. They are divine!

One of the reasons we love pancakes so much is because they’re so versatile and one of our favorite combinations is gluten-free pancakes and mince.
Valentines Day Breakfast
On Valentine’s morning, I woke up planning to make a nice breakfast for my hubby but there wasn’t anything very exciting in the fridge!
Thankfully, I had all the ingredients I needed for gluten-free pancakes and I also happened to have some leftover mince in the fridge which was a bonus!
So I got cooking and while I was making the pancakes creativity kicked in and I decided to try and surprise my man with heart-shaped pancakes in honor of Valentine’s Day.
The pancakes tasted delicious, the heart-shaped touch was appreciated and because my husband loves savory food, the mince went down very well!
I’ve been wanting to post my gluten-free pancake recipe and since the heart-shapes actually turned out well I decided to use the pictures from our valentine’s breakfast.
I honestly thought my attempt at heart-shaped pancakes would be a flop but happily, they weren’t.
Of course, you don’t have to make your gluten-free pancakes in the same shape. Unless, of course, you would like to make them next year on Valentine’s Day or for a cute romantic surprise.
