– Three-Ingredient Bliss Balls –
Jump to RecipeOften I can get through the day being relatively healthy. But somehow after dinner, I always crave something sweet and that’s the perfect time for some yummy bliss balls!
Chocolate was a favorite until my husband was diagnosed with celiac disease. Unfortunately, most chocolates have gluten in them so we had to find options that we knew would be wheat-free.

One of those options was bliss balls so I worked on some ideas and came up with a yummy three-ingredient recipe. Although my hubby doesn’t love them as much as I do he does enjoy them and they definitely curb that after-dinner craving for something sweet.
Whoever the wonderful person was who first came up with the idea of bliss balls hit gold!
There are lots of great recipes out there but many of them contain biscuits or other ingredients with wheat so that was why I came up with my own recipe. And I was quite excited to find that my husband actually prefers mine to any that he’s tried!
Some of my favorite things to snack on are almonds, coconut, and dates. So I decided to try that as the combination for my bliss balls and it worked perfectly! I had to play around a little with the amounts but I found the perfect mixture and so I decided to share the recipe.

Because gluten-free recipes are often complicated I like to work out simple versions of them. So if you eat gluten-free and like simple but yummy, check out my recipe section. A lot of my recipes are gluten-free and many of them are under seven ingredients!
